Just couldn’t get enough of this place. Second stint at Wherehouse music. Got a raise to $5.15/hour and started working at the North Texas Street store in Fairfield, CA. Again, I alphabetized CDs and cassettes, ran the register, and helped open and close the store. Once I spent a hour with a guy playing music on the store system trying to find a song he heard on the radio. We found it and he bought a cassette. I worked at this store during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. It was madness, but my till was only off a dime. I made it up with the change in my pocket. Job well done.
